Mondo Zen organization offers many meditation retreats and workshops around the world. They needed a way to announce the dates and detailed information about their retreats, as well as for attendees to book their seats using easy online payment method.
Now the booking and maintaining reservation information is easy. The information is added real time to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on our Designtech Studio's Website Platform. The admin person receives an email (option for text message), and they can correspond with the attendees directly from the online console. The payment is verified and added directly to the client's account. Very simple and easy to use.
Community Building has been one of the most important aspect of Mondo Zen organization. They wanted to have forums for registered members to participate in. Adding topics and monitoring the forum is very simple. All the features you'd expect from forum is included in the admin tool. Website Blog is another tool that Mondo Zen wanted for their new website. Designtech Studio's Website Platform offers roles and users for the system, so Mondo Zen can create multiple users on their system to help maintain the website content. Blog can be opened to other users and a person with the admin role can approve the post. The platform can be easily modified to cater to your organization's needs!
